Adam Shoalts has undertaken many different canoeing, hiking, and snowshoeing adventures in the wilds of Canada. His trips have ranged from weeks on end to simple afternoon paddles, and from remote northern rivers to gentle creeks in southern Ontario. He has climbed mountains and canoed the Atlantic ocean, and continues to pursue his love of adventure and exploration as much as possible. Royal Canadian Geographical Society Expedition 2011

Grand River Expedition 2008: his 2008 trip down the historic Grand River, which has been at the heart of a dramatic and often violent Native land claims dispute.

Saltwater Odyssey Spring 2007: Shoalts'risky (some would say reckless) 2007 expedition to Prince Edward Island, where he attempted to traverse the open seas in early spring in a frail 16-foot open canoe!
